  • How does the application process work for the vendor?
  • We believe that a similar mindset is the first step of a long journey. We ensure that vendors explicitly express why they would be a good fit for Ciconia. Once we feel that they resonate with us, their online application has all the necessary details for us to get in touch with them and proceed for a memorable journey together.

 

  • How does one apply to sell their products with Ciconia?
  • Our website has a dedicated section that allows potential vendors to put in their partner application with us. Please click here to fill in your details visit this page, one of our representatives will be in touch within 3-4 business days.

 

  • What government documents do we need to set up our products on Ciconia?
  • While we would love to have all artists on our page, we are currently only looking for vendors with a valid registered company, GSTIN number and Tax documents. Please get in touch for further information through our email – [email protected].

 

  • Do vendors have to pay separate listing charges?
  • We believe in the concept of making money when our vendors do. We have a handheld approach in helping our vendors sell their products. Any visible listing on our website is FREE of charge. However, Ciconia charges a small amount in case of a successful order.

 

  • How does Ciconia communicate with vendors?
  • Transparency is one of our fundamental pillars and owing to that, we maintain communication over e-mails. However, vendors are allowed to call us during the working hours for any concerns or problems.

 

  • Does Ciconia allow vendors to package the product?
  • A vendor knows his/her product better than anyone and hence, we believe no one can present it better than them. However, it is mandatory for every vendor to follow Ciconia’s company guidelines for packaging. We ensure zero compromises on art and safety. Ciconia also has its own branding which we know our vendors would be happy to use in their packaging.

 

  • What is the roadmap followed in case of product damage?
  • Ciconia feels accountable for such an unfortunate situation. We ensure that the vendor replaces the product and further, refund the money received by the vendor to the customer for the damaged product.

 

  • Does Ciconia deliver products across the globe?
  • We are currently delivering in India. Rest assured, logistics and planning are in the pipeline to enable international delivery in the shortest time possible. Our bird’s will soon be migrating internationally! 

 

  • How does a vendor respond to “product out-of-stock”?
  • It is fairly easy to edit the number of products available in the vendor profile section. However, the vendor can request training for the Ciconia dashboard and our technical team will walk them through the entire process without any charges.

 

  • What is the delivery process?
  • When customer places an order, the vendor is notified about the product name and quantity via e-mail. The vendor gets back to us once the package is ready so that we can arrange a pickup. The shipping label and pickup charges are not applicable to the vendor.
